The R&D department of Organic Coatings Ltd., has been credited with many firsts and it has played a major role in the creation of many innovative products and the patenting of the same.

The R&D center is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research(DSIR), Ministry of Science and technology, Government of India. DSIR has provided financial support for the upgradation of some inks related technologies from the laboratory scale to pilot scale under its PATSER scheme.

Today, the Organic Coatings R&D Department has demonstrated its capabilities across Offset Inks, Resins, Alkyds and Specialised varnishes, various types of Overprinting varnishes, UV inks and coatings as well as Water based Inks and Coatings.
